Boys & Girls ages 4-6
Mondays 4-5 pm
CheerDance is a team activity that combines dance and acrobatics. In this class students will be learning basic acrobatic skills, cheer skills and dance techique.
Tuesdays 4-5 pm
AcroDance and Contortion is an art form that incorporates both fluid and graceful movements of dance, difficult tricks from acrobatics and extreme body flexibility skills. In this class students will be learning from basic to advanced acrobatic skills, working on body flexibility and balancing skills.
Hip Hop Dance
Wednesdays 4-5 pm
Hip Hop Dance is a style of movement characterized by bounces and rocks, executed to Hip Hop music. In this class students will be learning basic hip hop dance technique while improving a sense of the rhythm of the music.
Thursdays 4-5 pm
Rhythmic Gymnastics is an Olympic sport that combines dance, gymnastics, ballet and acro training with emphasis on extreme body flexibility. Gymnasts use hand-held apparatus such as rope, ball, hoop, clubs and the ribbon.
In this class students will be working on flexibility, hand-eye coordination and will learn basic jump rope and ball skills.

Fridays 4-5 pm
Class where our students work on competition choreography. Our students attend 1-3 local dance competitions each season.
To be a part of our competitive Team all students must attend at least one any dance class (cheerdance, acrodance, hip hop dance)
